Perhaps one of the most overlooked contributors to the development of the alternative fuel industry are our Nation's sawmills. Although some sawdust is used in the creation of wood pellets by compacting these byproducts, this can only be done to wood that has been kiln dried.
The other portions of sawdust that come from veneers cut straight from undried trees can be used to process ethanol, or cellulosic diesel. Another significant contributor of these waste products are woodworking operations. If you would like the Clean and Green Fuels Fund to facilitate the removal of these waste products from your establishment at not cost to your operation please contact us.
Your operation will be able to receive a tax write off on behalf of your contribution to the Clean and Green Fuels Fund. These resources will then be distributed to those operations which possess the means by which to process these donations into clean alternative fuels.
If you wish to participate with the Clean and Green Fuels Fund's resource allocation program, please register your organization on our Resource Allocation System.
